You have a great talent for explaining things easily to people. I am a 25 year old ac acrylic painter and I have just bought a digital drawing tablet and am checking out this painter software for the first time.
I can tell you have a rich painting background because of the way you explain the functions. I feel it is important to understand the fundamentals of real painting before approaching this software to fully appreciate the convenience of having everything so accessible. You understand
Very nice! It was fun to watch and I hope you keep making these! How do you get the paint to run out in your strokes? Do you have a graphics pad that you apply different pressures on? Or is there a setting in Painter that does it?
@MrBlandMan Thanks for the nice compliment. I use a Wacom Cintique monitor 21" (which is a graphics pad) and use Corel Painter 11. I've programmed the brush I use to run out of paint in the stroke, and it is also pressure sensitive. Thanks again for your interest, and I will be posting more videos. Keep watching.

Great video! How do set the canvas to an actual canvas background? Also, how do you set the paint to taper off and run out?
I look forward to hearing from you~

@AngelicGardevoir To change the canvas, see the papers palette. CTRL B to see the brush properties and test out the way you want it.
Happy Painting.
