ok this is how u make mermaids first make a downloads folder if u dont have one then you find a mermaid tail/full person and click download dont open it save it in the downloads folder then go to the downloads folder and right click then click extract here after that a couple of things pop up then right click the thing u did and click extract to what ever the name of it is and check ur game and it should be in there u r so welcome

you have to go to the sims2 website, click exchange, then type in mermaids and it will show you a bunch of mermaids. you have to be a member then you download which mermaid you want.
