this look brilliant, a great update to the ipod touch. oh they com with screen wipers specifically for the touch, so yeah, you get smudges, but you can easily get them off, and dont leave scratches. plus the back gets scratched..... but thas why you get a case for it :) and no you CAN get cases that dont drastically alter the shape or size, if anything it probably makes the back look a little nicer :)

Actually, the back is stainless steel and the iPhones are plastic with apparently some ceramic coating. But nevertheless, the back is basically plastic and does have some coating over it because the gloss part of my sim tray looks like some coating is coming off from the edges.

well it depends,, I would go for the new one well because u get new things like the look and speaker and the new headphones and the built in app store butt if you want more gbs for like films and stuff get the old 16 but u will have to update the software on it which costs £5 soo i would go with the new touch

well the 2nd generation ipod touch has a yellow tint to the screen as opposed to the first one the only difference is the volume on the side but the colering is normal
