The bulldog body is built differently. That's why you need to teach the dog how to roll over when he is little otherwise if he gets stuck in a fire and falls over and is on its back, it will take him a LONG time to get back on his feet. @InsomnusSky Actually, all bulldog/pug puppies will do this at some point. It's instinct. Their bodies don't let them flip over the normal way that other dogs do. They have to learn how to flip, otherwise they're never gonna learn how to get up.
