omg i love the first patient but the second one...sometimes i also encountered that kind of patient i just said to myself "relax jackie!" though i still smile in front of that patient..

explain that she must start patricpating in her own recovery and provide her the equipment she needs for a wash then

appologise for the noise at night get the sister to have a word with the nurses

alternativles give her a sedative and tell her to feck off
