Saddam Hussein was left hanging after many years of US support and led into attacking Kuwait, for what were not entirely unjust reasons. The next ten years of sanctions were uneccessary and barbaric and when they were finally attacked, Iraq was a threat to nobody, the only thing they had done to the USA was to start selling THEIR oil in Euros and the USA attcked for its own obvious Zionist inspired reasons.
