hello, i am practicing volleyball and i have a question, does this kind of exercise helps to increase my vertical jump? and if it doesnt, i would like to know of some exercise that will help me to increase my vertical jump :) i'm 15 years old so i would like an exercise according to my age :)
Well the only workout that i think might help is where you take a step and then jump with your feet together as high as you can. I have no idea how many you do but yeah hope it helps

thiis exercise is sick i did it for like 3 weeks and it was soo good it makes your calfs niigger soo u run faster i reccomend this exercise

seeing your calves while doing the calf exercise would have been more helpful so as to see how the muscles are moving.
