They're called tube toms or octobans. Tama make some but I made these ones with acrylic tubes.

What is and how much exactly is that Plexi Glass you have infront of you deflecting the noise? I need one of those before my family gets kicked out the apartment.

It's not a Plexi glass, we build a wall and what you see is the sliding patio door that we put on it to keep me isolated from the other musicians. It's better than a small window where we can see almost nothing through it.

You're really handy with stuff haha. Another question, you look almost effortless when you drum. Do you really practice that much?

These days I don't pratice much but I learned these medleys practicing a lot and in this one I tried to learn everything as close as MP did in the recordings. I even learned which exact crash to hit.

That took me about 1 month, practicing every 3 days for 2-3 hours.

I now use OSP Eu-4 in ear-monitors. they got amazing sound, impressive noise reducing capacities and I hear what I play a lot better than with the older headphones. This is one of my best investment in the gear I have.
