How can westerners go to Tibet when China has blocked it off to us? Also, in most cases they wouldn't care why? 1) Those aren't issues that are playing out because people are happy being part of the larger nation 2) Look at Quebec in Canada. They are given the right to become a seperate nation through voting. Whether fellow Canadians like it or not, they respect that right to the Quebecois.
