@CraZyBiLLy75 It will depend on your PSP model. FAT PSP and first Slims are 100% hackable, meaning you can downgrade them no matter what firmware version they have. Latter PSP Slim, PSP 3000 and PSP Go with firmware or higher can't be donwgrade tgem. Cheers!

@Lombon88 You only can play games from UMDs...backup games from MS won't run because this is an official update.
