@bjhd01- the only one i know of is in my production manager's office. maybe letsdig knows where you can find it online? @booster0636 - see pelonissafe's comment. the hill was about 50-55 degrees in elevation, and we carried a 3.5' slump and then added souper, so pulling out, he had (accounting for time since dosing it) around a 5-6' slump and that driver wasn't known to be steady with the throttle. i think he gave it a bit too much, and the load shifted back on him.

yea the concrete probably was wet enough to slide up the fins, and if he was fully loaded, i get thats a 10+ yard drum so you do the math on the weight. its a lot.

the concrete truck is actually a guy at my plant in raleigh. they rejected his load on time, and he didn't have enough room to turn around in the hole. he was fuly loaded, and before he thought about dropping his axle, he was already stalled out and in the air. look closely and you can see his arm out the window. he was afraid to even hop outta the cab. and you're right, he still hasn't lived it down and that was almost a year ago! lol
