Hello guys, I'm a 16 year old guy with mixed anxiety depression. I also have ADHD which forces my mind to block out every piece of work that I wouldn't enjoy doing. I have finally went to therapy and it has only increased my depression because it exposes me to all my thoughts. I have recently gotten pills to help, but I can't even swallow them at all. Every single attempt has failed and I find myself wasting pills. I have given up on life. Don't even comment religiously because I don't believe.
