Navigating this phone is annoying, but it IS durable as fuck. If you work a physical job like construction or auto mechanics, it's titties. Unless you're a newborn, good luck texting with those microscopic keys. It's definitely the basic package. In the end, it does its job, it makes phone calls. FUCK.

I practically wasted my money on this phone.

The phone sucked, it was not the best, I through with it for about 6 months, but then I changed to Virgin Mobile, Virgin Mobile is way better than it used to be due to the services and the new upgraded phone. I do not recommend to anyone other than kids who want to text. I now have the Kyocera X-tc.

The X-tc works more fluently than this one, but I would rather prefer the LG Optimus V due to it's fast processor and it's large 3.2 touchscreen.

Have fun with Virgin Mobile though....their service sucks! I have it now and am trying to switch to Boost. I bought a phone from Virgin and it didn't work properly, after about 5 phone calls to tech support, and STILL an ongoing investigation, the problem has not been fixed.

Just got this yesterday. Some of the features piss me off. Mainly that you can't send a txt reply without a copy (you can delete it, but shouldn't have to). Display sucks, but passable for the price. Really the worst thing? The fact that Boost won't allow you to download ringtones from free sites. You have to buy from them. My opinion: Save up and get the blackberry when they release it, $250, but much better than this phone if you want a full keyboard.

okay i have this phone its okay not the greatest but not the worst. the screen could be alot bigger and the need to make it more advanced we arein 2010 almost not 1990.the size is okay. the keys is okay. the plan is GREAT i only got this so in like 3 month i can switch sim cards and get a better phone for way cheap.

Bottom line you can't please everyone especially those that are nit picky what I do not like about it is the instruction manual should of been written a lot better with describing how to work the phone ..... you are better off with playing around with it .....and or checking out youtube tutorials

I agree the camera on here is not all that great but that is not a feature that I use me personally the interface on it is pretty decent.

Well to those how own a i465 or newer phone the GPS doesnt work its not compatible on this i465 phone not even boost navigator or telenav i tried fought with boost about it and i proved to them it doents work on the i465 models or newer you cant download it so until then theres no GPS with this phone so if your trying to use your GPS its not compatible at all
