OMG! I loved this cartoon when I was a kid. I thought Pepper Ann was the coolest kid ever. I liked how she did things her own way. I loved the theme song too! My brother and I would wake up early to see this cartoon and many others. Now I don't see cartoons on regular channels (non cable).
