  • Ki-gung is doing it for me ... turning my entire life around. Re-directing all the energy currents through my body that used to cause extreme anxiety but now cause deep peace. Trust me x

  • I didn't have my first anxiety attack until I was 33. Its been a frustrating experience but I've learned to accept that I have a problem and that I need help solving it. I use a municiple health services distress line to bring myself back, when the attack happens. Almost as soon as I dial the symptoms lessen a little and I feel a little better. All I can suggest is to search out the mental and emotional help-services in your town and access them; its helped me to a degree.

  • try the charles linden method bro it really works!!! no bullshit!!

  • anxiety disorder is simply a normal human emotion triggered innappropriately

  • thanks so much for sharing, soothing about having someone talk about GAD reactions, as long as the EKG and x-ray come back (blood clot is the most common they look for0 its a damn good indication that its GAD. Im 23, with little to no stress in my life, and I have it. Weed was my big trigger, Im a OMMP, so quitting was hard, but the attacks feel like Im dying, so I had to do even more to make them stop, no caffeine, tobacco, high sugar intake, and the long walks outside really helped, PM me <3

  • hey brotha, i can totally relate to what you are talking about. the sad things is most of us suffer in silence. for me it started off as just naturally being a person that would worry alot and the fact that i had a very verbally abusive stepdad didnt help. eventually i developed social anxiety when i was about 17 then when onto panic attacks and eventually agoraphobia. its been a difficult battle but now i know i can defeat this. chk this blog out: anxietynomore. co.uk/blog/

  • @mikegt2

See ya man i think im getting to the Agoraphobia..It's weird. Just standing in a line at a fast food joint i start to feel dizzy..but yet I can get on stage and perform with my band and i'm fine. It's weird man. I just hope maybe some of us can come together and try to one another somehow. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.I hope we can all get through this, Thanks for commenting. Subcribe if ya want im gonna make some more videos related to my Anxiety disorder to help people

  • Ive had this stuff for 12 years and some change, first of all, change your scene , all that dark shit isnt helping, run daily and exercise, singing over a blast beat doesnt cure it I already tried that. find something you really love and that that IRRATIONAL fear of death, failure, causing a scene and going crazy and if you do go crazy which you won't you can not control it bro, so let it go. Hang outside in the sun and wear warmer coolers. This is cliche but pray to God everyday to heal you,I do

  • @StealYaMind

I understand what you are saying man..I mean the whole goth thing. The music I listen too..but at the same time that is the only things that make me Happy. I'm not into Heavy Metal or anything like that..mainly Alt Rock. I do believe in God and pray to him everyday but I think maybe he is punishing me for my past or something. It is a weird theory..but im starting to think God is punishing me. Thanks for the comment man. We will overcome this Anxiety!!!

  • Eat healthy.. stay off the cafine.. DO NOT DO DRUGS! NOT EVEN WEED! those make you think even MORE and make you go into a horrible trans 10X WORSE!! and one thing drink ORANGE JUICE.. it proven the it helps relieve the stress from your mind. Get alot of rest. and if u have problems sleeping. dont think about sleeping just think about relaxing your self. think of panic attacks as your friend if u have to.

  • @geeksofthestreet

  • Hey, Bro i recently have been suffering from anxioty/panic attacks too. i feel the same way you do. usally when u feel like ur starting to get them. first thing. DONT TRY FIGHTING THEM OFF. OBSERVE them, AND label them and watch them go by. RELAX! focus on your breathing, And just say to your self "nothings wrong with me, im COMPLETLY fine" Dont try to escape from the attacks: DO NOT say to your self "somethings wrong and i have to stop it!""just stay calm and know that your COMPLETLY fine.

  • The underlying cause can be found by writing down and meditating on the following partial sentence: I would be completely anxiety free if.........

Relax and fill in the solutions that pop up from your subconscious.

Next step is to brainstorm how to achieve the solutions that come up.

Of the stuff I've read the cool anxiety course is the best by Jo Shapiro. Also check out the TAT technique. Also check out Sean Stephenson and his videos - truely inspirational

    Good luck buddy.

    Phil

  • Hi Zach. Interesting to hear about your anxiety issue. I have read quite a lot of stuff on anxiety and there are some really important points. Can you relate to any of this: Anxiety and all of its symptoms are just an alarm bell from the subconscious and therefore we should not try to get rid of anxiety any more than you would try to silence a smoke alarm. The key is to accept the symptoms as best you can whilst finding out what is the underlying cause..

  • Seriously, do yoga and start exercising. And always find diversions. You've just got to find things that you want to do alot. I play games or play the guitar, and my symptoms usually fade until I start thinking about anxiety again (even though I try not to ever think about it). I've had a really hard time with it myself, but just always keep yourself busy. And get enough sleep :) I've gotten a lot of help from The Linden Method too! Don't let it get you down buddy!

  • try EFT!

  • maybe you should try yoga, relaxing techniques, exercise helps to keep the heart rate down. i have anxiety disorder too. and i know what its like to find a job and keep it. its horrible. walk as much as you can, start swimming. if you can, the best would be to do psychotherapy, as you slowly get off your medication. ask your doctor about it... hope this helps.... good luck!!

  • hun i kno wat ur going threw i go threw pretty much the same thing i wish i could help u feel better and but ur a strong person to make it this far and i kno u will be ok hun

  • I was in a band in college, when on stage I was fine. During break I would go hide in the corner. You remind me a lot of myself only you are taking more control at your age than I did. I didn't start medication until I was in my 30's and I still have uncontrollable anxiety.

  • You should be very proud of yourself alot of people wouldnt tell others how they feel takes courage well done xxdanni

  • I know exactly what you're going through, suffering from anxiety disorder too. I know the feeling you get and it is a living hell. Alot of people don't understand it but it's good to have someone to talk to who does relate like me. I'll help u any way I can. Your doctor doesn't know what he's talking about, taking you off the Klonopin. You need a specialist and then maybe will get some real help. Hang in there Zack.

  • Ok...Deep breaths will help relieve stress.

Do this at least 10 times before doing anything that makes you feel threatened. It always helped me!

  • I'm sorry you go through those feelings. I hope you find some answers or someone you can talk to about it, that knows what you are going through.

  • you look so sad when you talk about that.. i know how you feel. you're not the only one.
