Yeah, honestly you really need to slow down and practice single strokes until you can blast using your wrists and fingers, as well as relaxing... I can tell you're very tense, which, first off is unhealthy, and secondly will not let you play for long periods of time without seizing... you'll never get any faster than 220 bpm if you're not using the best technique for speed, either.
