1st, he cross traine withe other art, including submission wrestling and muay thai and boxing, making him a Real mixed martial artist and
2nd if he want TKD as his base for his MMA style what's your problem with that.

bloody idiot mate. frank shamrock is one of the toughest fighters aorund. he fought for an extra 2 rounds throwing punches with a broken arm. and he is the best stand up fighter cung le has ever versed. cung said it himself in the post fight interview. and cung used to verse specialised kik boxers. franks main game that hes famous for is his great grappling skills and for him to ingnore his best game and go strait for the stand up game against cung le shows alot of balls.
