  • I believe everything you say

  • Great video! :)

  • As a Certified Personal Trainer and avid health researcher I have not found much factual basis for doing a warm ups. I personally do not warm up at all. On my first sprint I aim for about 85% of my max speed. The other five sprints are all out full effort. I am a believer in efficiency. I run sprints for cardio and workout 20-25 minutes for strength (3-5 times a week). This way I don't spend a large part of my day exercising. I find that most people can find the time to exercise this way.

  • What kind of warmup do you recommend?

  • @TheJonAlexander dont believe this guy. not entirely, no matter waht you do, 15 minutes of running(sprinting or not) is not the same as having a high pulse for 30-40 minutes, thats the real way to burn calories.

this guy is just trying to sell a miracle cure.

  • @Cruisefuckinkalem Thank you for your comment, however this video isn't about burning calories. In fact, I never even used the word. This video is about activating super fast twitch muscles and turning your body into a fat burning machine. Besides, calories are not the main factor driving our obesity. Poor quality, highly processed food and the lack of true nutrition that it fails to provide is the real problem. A calorie is not just a calorie.
