  • I actually started crying while listening to this song. This song is so emotionally powerful.

  • I've actually witnessed this song physically. Thanks you, Hillsong.

  • When I asked Jesus to come into my life, I can't believe how my life changed. For so many years, I ran from God, and now by submitting and learning the Truth of Jesus Christ and the word of God, my life is worth living for the first time. It's the only thing that has ever worked and truly given my life direction. Thank you Jesus, bless your Holy name !

  • Praise God, thank you Jesus ! One thing I always find so interesting is that people who seem to hate God and Christians alike and make fun of us and condemn us for our beliefs, and think they are so smart, are taking the time to watch our Praise and Worship music by Hillsong United. Pretty good stuff, huh ?

  • Let us not live our life on this song, but the meaning behind it. The word of God!!

  • one of my favorites!!!!!!!!!

  • @realityofnature.. Just a thought, from the looks of the previous posts you've just about spent your time arguing and trying to get 'christians' to prove thier beliefs. Question is why do YOU care so much? Why spend all this time trying to save 'christians' from believing the way they do? So much passion from you for a topic on which you 'supposedly' dont believe exists. Curious... Dont you think?

  • God has a wierd way of showing he loves his Children... well me anyway :/ but you gotta love him i suppose

  • @TheRealityofNature "it's as if there isn't really a God at all..". seems to me that you really don't believe God exists. So don't tell me that you don't make the claim that my God doesn't exist because ummm....you just did. Hmmm sounds like that claim fails. Sorry bud.

  • lliiiindaaaa

  • @TheRealityofNature understand that many parts of the bible are not intended to be taken literally. The creation for instance, the bible is not a science textbook, no, it is the Word of God, for us to learn from. You speak of slaughtered innocents, yet there is no such thing as an innocent, we are all sinners. Also, you presume to understand the ways of a God who is all-knowing, all-powerful, all-loving and eternal, I am a christian and I know I couldn't even begin to understand.

  • @TheRealityofNature Let me ask you just a simple question. You may have heard this before and i'm curious as to what you're response is. Suppose that you are right and our God does not exist. What happens when you pass away? Nothing, no heaven or hell and thats just the end of your life. Okay, nothing to argue with there i guess. But my question for you is, what if you're wrong and i'm right, and you find yourself standing before the God you deemed as non existent?

  • @TheRealityofNature "i always find that theists never do any research."

Okay first off I'm not a theist nor should you assume that i am, i'm a born again christian.

But on another note, just give me a straight forward answer, yes or no. Do you believe in faith of any kind?

  • @xZach25X

    "i'm a born again christian."

    sigh..

you are christian, you follow a theism, ergo, you are a theist. Stop with the stupid now,

    I do not have "beliefs".

Now - before you embark on the typical "oh whimper!, you have to have faith that you're not going to get hit by a car when you cross the road" - here's a tip.

When you look up the meaning of "theist" - take a little time to real about "inductive logic", "probability" and "reason" - see how often "faith" doesn't occur, okay?

  • @TheRealityofNature You demand from everyone who's commented to prove to you that our God exists, which in reality we can't prove it to you, so on the other hand prove to me yourself that my God "Doesn't" exist. You have faith that our God doesn't exist whether you believe it or not because face it, you can't prove to me that he doesn't exist anymore than i can prove that he does, so don't try to use your "inductive logic" and "probability" to prove he isn't there.

  • @TheRealityofNature yeah bro you need help. you are obviously blind and stupid. You obviously believe that our God doesnt exist but you have no way to prove he doesnt. And if you wanna talk about claims then lets see you bring something to the table. Prove me wrong and show me that my God doesnt exist. Christians dont deny logic and reason, we just dont base our whole life on it as you seem to do. Which in my eyes is pathetic. Seems to me that you're the one that cant deliver.

  • @xZach25X i believe that God is a symbol of fear in us humans. we are afraid of what will happen to us when we die so we desperately think of something like God to ease our fear. God was just made up to give us a peace of mind

  • @OhSpaghetti And thats your opinion and i have no problem with that. I happen to believe that God guides me through my life and i'm confident in myself that i'm a child of God. I don't understand why that offends people and quite frankly i don't care if it does. I'm certainly not offended at you for thinking of God as a made up figure to give us peace of mind.

  • @xZach25X ur a good person. i had no intention for my comment to counter other's. i was just simply stating my opinion. thank you for not taking it offensively

  • @OhSpaghetti oh no problem. i don't wanna be put down because i'm christian just like blacks don't wanna be put down because they're black

  • @xZach25X @xZach25X Love that your born again. There are countless examples of God's existence - from the sunrise, solar system, nature & the galaxy have miracles every second. Matthew, Mark, Luke & John are agreeing testimonies as eye witnesses of Jesus walking on water, healing the sick, raising the dead. Unlike many claiming to be God, Jesus doesn't have bones as he rose from the dead and to heaven in front of the disciples in the ascension Luk 24:51 What more can Jesus do Zach..

  • @bluelight7777777 Thank you. it just frustrates me that people can bad mouth Christianity but heaven forbid if we even think of frowning upon gays or atheists.

  • I love the fact that atheists give the video more views. He really does work in mysterious ways.

  • @EnragedGojiran LOL...It is so true...God Bless

  • When i listen to this song I can feel the deep, moving, loving vibrations of the Holy Spirit move all across my neck and body bringing me to tears of joy and love for the beautiful SON OF GOD THE GREAT I AM! JESUS CHRIST is his name he is quick to redeem and save!

  • stop me if I'm wrong here.

isn't this the same god that hated his own creations so much, he drowned them all except a handful - which were then required to repopulate the planet by committing incest? I mean - isn't this god all-knowing? if so, then obviously he knew he was going to drown the entire planet (evil trees, evil koalas... all except them not-evil fish) even before he created them.

    weird.

and all those burnings? ordered slaughters of innocents...

    That god?

  • @TheRealityofNature Thats not the case RealityofNature. God is indeed a loving God. You see, when Adam and Eve 1st sinned that caused sin to be a genetic thing. Humans were now PRONE to sin and sin always. So when the world began to populate during Noah's days, they were significantly evil. God called a man named Noah, who sought the Lord and was in the process of being righteous, to preach the repentance message for over 100 years. People were indulging in immorality, beastiality, and they

  • @JennyJovial

"God is indeed a loving God" - yes, you keep insisting this. the problem is, the bible shows exactly how brutal your god is. So - either you haven't read the bible, or you have, and you ignore it.

    which is it?

"Humans were now PRONE to sin and sin always" - okay, this was part of god's plan. he knows this is the case.

It's clear you're making the typical blunder of really not having a grasp of what "all-knowing" means.

  • @TheRealityofNature God is loving...but what you fail to understand is that He gives people exactly what they want...if He condemns people to hell and death, it's because they made the conscious decision to live a life apart from Him

  • @NYChica23 I half-way agree, however, God did not come to the world to condemn the world. He came so that it might be saved. Sin shall be made separate from the sinner. @TheRealityofNature, during those times, only one man stood up in favour of God and had a relationship with him was Noah. He was the only righteous man during Noah's geneation. everyone else was corrupt and so God established his covenant with Noah.

  • @TheRealityofNature blatanly turned against God and the message. They thought Noah was foolish because he kept preaching that one day a great flood would come and if they dont repent and come in to the Ark then they would all die a terrible death. They laughed and mocked him and his family. It had never rained before so a flood was absolutely absurd...Long story short, the flood and the terrible rains came and those who turned against God were left outside of the ark and all the clean animals

  • @TheRealityofNature There is tons of surviving evidence that suggests that the great flood actually happened. You also have to understand that not every specie was on the ark. Most theologians believe that there were less then 50,000, and most of them would be very small. There are many different theories as to how noah managed the upkeep. If you look it up I'm sure you'll find several. Keep in mind that this is God you're dealing with and with him, nothing is impossible.

  • @TheRealityofNature entered into by 7 and the unlclean by 2, so if you think about it 100+ years to get right is plenty of time...its just the choice but please dont take my word for it, Read for yourself, Genesis 6-9. I would suggest you read a Clear Word version, or New Living Translation if your not accustomed to King James Version(It has a lot of thee's and thou's and that trips me up sometimes) But i hope you come to a conclusion. This is now a journey so enjoy it.

    Love and Peace,

    Jen

  • STOP YOUR WRONG, 1. god hated, WRONG god does not hate.2. ordered slaughters innocents. WRONG, they were not innocent. 3. What burnings are you talking about. If your talking about the crusades and witch burnings, that was catholosism.

The god we serve is the god that brought himself to earth and let himself experience the most brutal murder of history, to shed his blood as a sacrifice for our sins that our spirit will not experience his seperation. Thats love.

  • @TheRealityofNature Why would God create sin if he hates sin? I never any statement in the bible that states that sin was created by God.

  • @shadeauxkasteur never saw*

  • @TheRealityofNature It was humans fault that God decided to flood this planet, we turned away from him and that caused everything to suffer. So it was out fault really, humans drove God to the extreme.

  • GREAT GREAT WORSHIP SONG PRAISE GOD!

God bless you guys for allowing him to use you. Its the best thing that has happened to us. I try to write songs and get enough inspiration to write when I listen to any of the Hillsongs.

  • dope song

  • 156 people Jesus loves you and He is waiting patiently for you.

  • This is such a great song, I love singing along to it. It brings such peace and warmth to my soul <3

  • My teacher showed this to my art class last year. We all had tears in our eyes after, and half of the class was a class full of tough people, and assholes.

  • @XOXBunniezzXOX separation of church and state is not working.

  • Comment removed

  • they need to disable the comments.

  • @corleynine haha yeah for real

  • i can't wait to leave earth and go to heaven.

  • 0101110101010

  • Arguing amongst fools is foolish itself. Do not fall into the temptation. Be who you are thats the greatest argument. Jesus never saved anyone by arguing with them He showed His amazing grace and love for us. THAT is how we save people not by mindlessly arguing with a rock. Unless Jesus was wrong, stop arguing.

  • @X3xers I agree but this dude needs to know what's up

  • @X3xers Well at least as long as he is attacking I will defend

  • @TheRealityofNature

That is where you are wrong, you exercise faith every day whether it is subconsciously or not. Assuming you are sitting in a chair as you typed that comment when you sat down in that chair you subconsciously had faith that the chair would hold you up. Once you know about the belief in God you either: 1 Believe in him (like me :D) or 2You don't believe in him. You can't not believe that God doesn't exist, it doesn't make any sense. I don't want to get into a big argument abo

  • i love this side of youtube. reading the comments of people and there stories. ill pray 4 u all!

  • Hi David, how are you doing? Saw ur prayer request and wanted you to know that i will be praying for you each day...wondering if you are spirit filled. I used to have alot of problems with my flesh but getting spirit filled gave me the strength to save NO to my flesh. Now I say this OUT LOUD when tempted bec I want my flesh to hear me say: "I WILL obey and serve God!"

  • @34AnneCarol

"I WILL obey and serve God!"

I wonder, do christians here really subscribe to the self-sacrifice philosophy of JC?

or do you just "serve" god because you're shitscared of an eternity of torture?

  • i'm not a fan of christian songs but this song really touched my heart and soul.

  • JESUS IS HOLY!

  • Thank you my best friend Jesus for healing me, as You promised you would. I was gay for many years. What the world told me was lie: "Come out of the closet, live free, you are ok." I did it and it didn't help, because the sin was controlling me. Then I threw myself into the hands of the loving Christ and he healed me and took my sin away!! Hahahaha all of it! Today I am healthy man. If you, the reader, have the same issue, NEVER GIVE UP! You can be free. Check my story at ilivestraight website

  • @sinisbal

"I was gay for many years. What the world told me was lie: "Come out of the closet, live free, you are ok." I did it and it didn't help, because the sin was controlling me"

lol - erm no, it was just the guilt laid on by the bible. you're demonstrating how desparate and gullible you are, how bigoted and homophobic your family and society is - you're not "free" at all, you're a slave to a bronze age, unprovable myth.

sorry kid, you regressed. A lot.

  • @sinisbal Wow amazing story. Jesus healed you and you are now free and joyful and for some reason that Reality of Nature guy doesn't like that, I don't know what he is trying to prove but what he said to you is just revolting.

  • @sinisbal Brave my friend!

  • @sinisbal hey. i'm so glad that you are happy with your life but please remember that there is nothing wrong with being gay. being gay is not a sin! you're beautiful and God loves you whether you are gay straight bi women men female male hir transgender curious. if you are living your life as a straight person because society told you that God disapproves of homosexuality, they are wrong. love yourself for who you are. live your life as who you truly are. God bless

  • @Cuttiegirlsu

"you're beautiful and God loves you whether you are gay"

yeah, he loves you, but he'll let you be tortured for eternity. Stop me if I'm wrong in pointing out that watching people be tortured when a) you created the torture room and b) you have your finger on the yes/no button - is really not love.

or do you think it's okay to let people you love, be tortured? seriously.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheRealityofNature It God is a very loving merciful God! I dont think you would love someone that hates you and mocks you would you? God still loves you even after that! But theres a point where he runs out of patients! He is a very loving God and is giving us chances but if we throw his love in his face well then there will be consequences:/ He is GOD and he can do what he wants.. Thats the plain and simple truth..You should try church and letting your self go to God! Amazing feeling:)!

  • @TheRealityofNature God doesn't consciously torture people, he sends them to hell which is a place of torment when people reject his message.

  • @Jmsroyalty01 Which by the way happens to be that he sent his one and only son as a perfect sacrifice for all of mankind so that whoever believes in him will not perish. All you have to do is believe in what Christ Jesus did at calvary.

  • @Jmsroyalty01

So jesus comes back and loves his enemies or destroys them?....Love your neighbour, it is not

Find out at the end of your book

  • @TheRealityofNature Apparently you don't know what Christianity is. It is not the belief of God; even Satan and demons believe in him. The true fact is that God does not send us to hell;we send ourselves to hell. Our unholiness and imperfections can never be justified or redeemed through our own actions. Hence, God loves us so much that he sent is son down on earth to die for us and make us able to be saved. God's love and salvation is open to anyone; it's a personal choice.

  • @OMFGDESU hell is hillsong

  • @TheRealityofNature thats a misinterpretation of the bible. he calls having sex with the same sex wrong, but he also says in the same chapter that eating shellfish is wrong. so if there is no sin that is better than another, and all sin is truly just sin, someone being gay, and someone eating shrimp are both going to hell. its all about interpretation.

  • @Cuttiegirlsu

I see, so your point is that your just, and all -loving god will send to hell a hungry man who stole a loaf of bread to eat just as quickly as he'll send a serial child rapist.

I see, well that sounds like an intelligent and fair god. No really.

  • @TheRealityofNature if you studied the bible, you know that he himself said that sin is sin, and there is no hierarchy.

  • @Cuttiegirlsu You are right God loves us all, but it is sin he hates. God disapproves of homosexuality. Romans ch.1 verses 25-28.

  • @lavonnes05 He also disapproves of lying, greed, lusting, gossiping, etc. There is no hierarchy in sin...we are to worry about ourselves, and whether our flesh leads us into a relationship with ourselves or if we can surrender to Him. Don't judge others. I appreciate your verse, but that's singling out one portion of what God hates. Please don't be ignorant, but pray for the Lord to help you examine your own life. We are responsible for ourselves. Thanks.

  • @graciecpc O, sorry if you think I was judging. I was just pointing out that homosexaulity was also a sin as well as lying, greed, and lusting, etc. We pray that God would help us with the things we struggle with and through Jesus we can overcome and become more like God.

  • @graciecpc you know who does approve of fun? Karry King

  • @lavonnes05 its not love if he says you're burning eternally in hell because you are gay. its all about interpretation. he calls homosexuality a sin, but in the bible, he also says that eating shellfish is sin. so if there is no hierarchy in sin and sin is just truly all sin, then eating shrimp and being gay gets you both to hell. and before you tell me im wrong, please do some google research.

  • @Cuttiegirlsu God is not sending no one any where. the people send them selves to those places. God wants to save people. but He is not going to force you to choose Him, because forced love is not love. He wants you to choose Him out of your own free will. but being a perfect God, He cant let sin go unpunished. thats not in His nature. this is why he Sent His Son, Jesus to die for us. He lived without sin, and on the cross Jesus took all of our sins on to His own body, basicly reversing it.

  • @HorsesChristian0590 this means He bacame sin so we could live. This is God's Gift of love. But now the only thing we have to do is believe and accept Jesus Christ and His death on the cross for your sins, and God will bring you home. but only those who truly accept it will get in. those who dont accept Him have to pay for their sins themselves. as for people like homosexuals and others, these are sins. but if and when then they accept Christ, the person is a new creature in God's eyes.

  • @Cuttiegirlsu this means when God looks at you He sees the sinless life of Jesus instead of your sins. when you are saved God will show you how to live life the way you should and will help you change your life. Once your are saved your life will NEVER be the same again.

  • @sinisbal God is Darn Proud of You and loves you ;D

  • @sinisbal Amen brother! Way to keep your faith! God never fails!

  • @sinisbal You are a living testimony of the Love and Mercy of our Heavenly Father, who created us men and woman. I admire your braveness, God bless you for telling all of us the truth: The Marvelous Grace who clean up us ALL our sins and set us free.

    God bless you.

  • @sinisbal that's amazing! With God there is always hope and freedom! I'm happy for you! (:

  • @sinisbal PTL For your Victory!! Yes,he sets us all free from Sins. bless you.

  • the 1st time i heard this song i just broke down i couldnt hold it in; when i was going thru hard times the only thing that kept running tru my mind was "your light will shine when all else fades" :)

  • @86arianaj Happened to me too

  • Everlasting, your light will shine when all else fades.

  • <3

  • A question for aetheists: How did the world come to be, if it was not made by someone who was always there, and is all powerful? All science and logic goes against the fact that you can not create something out of nothing, it's impossible. If you can give me an answer, i will listen, but will not change my faith. Instead i will develop on that, and get back to you. I expect you to do your best. I would like a challenge. Adios

  • @MinecraftNinjaTeam they cant proove there is no god!

  • @7micho7 I know, they ask for proof when they can give none themselves. It is quite strange. I asked one the other day, if they know that an all knowing and powerful god existed, and they said, no, that does not exist. And i countered, wouldn't you have to be an all knowing and powerful god to know that?

  • @MinecraftNinjaTeam

"I know, they ask for proof when they can give none themselves

That's because atheism is a rejection of your hypothesis.

Pure atheism is "without god" it is an absense of a belief, not a belief itself. I do not say "I believe in no god". I say "you cannot validate your claim" - that is ALL.

you are making a claim, I am not. YOU are required to validate your claim. I am not.

this is known as "the onus of proof" - go look it up.

  • @TheRealityofNature I'll pray for you.

  • @TheRealityofNature You have faith that there is no God, you can't have an absence of belief dude.

  • @DoodllySquat97

lol - dude. I don't NEED a belief. I don't "believe" the sky is blue on a sunny day- it just is. This fact is true regardless of my age, time of day, religion, which book I claim is the "truth" or even if I vehemently insist the sky is orange - it's still blue. Belief is utterly, utterly irrelevant.

so - no kiddo, I don't have a faith that there is no god. If anything, my claim is purely that you cannot prove your god, NOTHING more. I make no conclusion.

    enjoy!

  • @TheRealityofNature

Hey, dude if you don't believe in God why are you here anyway if you don't believe in God then I respect you for that because it's your opinion but if you are just here to spread the hate then don't come to things like this because you look like(pardon my language) a douche so stop spreading the hate.

  • @Villanous57

hate? not hate at all, douche.

Hate, however, is something your god is very familiar with - it's a christian motto. Indeed, your god hated his own creation he decided to drown them all. Brutally. Considering he's omniscient, & he knew he'd be doing this when he created his hated creations, one wonders about the claims to "love" you make on behalf of your murdering god - oh, don't forget, your god also allows perfectly good people to be tortured - to me, that's hate.

  • @TheRealityofNature perfectly good people? If they are sent to hell then they aren't good. they've messed up. He hated his creation because they turned away from Him and to a life of sex and pleasure, so He killed them and started over. He killed them for a reason

  • @Villanous57 maybe he is here because he enjoys music?

though I would much prefer Slayer

  • @TheRealityofNature Dude, you're making a claim that there is no God. I w
