Okay read carefully...

I do self hypnosis all the time because it puts me to sleep fast. However this one brought thought even before I press play also I had to try to press play to the first time on my iPhone it went straight to the next videos. I got a weird vibe and I listen to it 2 second I dislike the piano tunes. Reading the comments seems liken people felt thhe same it made comment too.. wow so weird....

the angel in this video looks enough like my sister that it could pass for her. ssssssShe passed away sep 29,2009 at the age of 41.I wanted to comment because finding my way to this site was trip. It just came along at such a sad time in my nieces life that seeing that angel and have it look so much like her mommy she believes it is at the time prior to seeing this my niece was going thru it she didnt understand why her mom had to go. I told her mommy was an angel,then this thank you.

@EchoSasuke I have been under hypnosis, and can tell you, you do not fall asleep, nor do you feel sleepy. It is very refreshing, and cleansing. The first time, after it was done, i was so tired i took a nap, when i awoke an hour later, i felt like a ton of negativity had been taken away, and was full of energy. The second time i was hypnotised, i felt sleepy during the session, but never fell asleep, and when it was done, i felt very grounded, and very at peace!

@Platerpus7 no, you do meditation with it. BE in a calm room, none has to interrupt. Relax your muscles, everything. you can be sit or lied down. Close your eyes (with this video you keep them opened but you should close your eyes really). DO NOT think about anything. every image that pops in your head, take it off!!! YOU MUST ONLY SEE YOURSELF TAKING DEEP BREATHS. That's the key :) visualize yourself taking breaths. Relax. Now while you do that, you think " I love everything because we are One
