  • Scammer: "This is a dead parrot!"

    Parrot: "Quack"

  • drunk tank!!!!!!!!!

  • Drunk Tank! Yeah Yeah Yeah

  • Spill.com

  • These men are criminals and every second they're being fooled, another victim is saved.

  • You know, these guys are not bad. I've seen bad acting and these guys are in the middle section.

  • hahahaha....stupid monkeys.....

  • These guys are pretty good.

  • Why is it that in almost all of these humiliating vids there is ALWAYS someone saying these are clearly NOT Nigerians or Ghanians yet you NEVER see anyone typing these are NOT Scammers trying to beg or con you out of your hard earned money lol go figure or NOT.

  • I think these scanks did a pretty good job considering they probably never heard of Monty before they talked to the baiter. Oh yea, I hope it cost them a fortune. What the hell, it wasn't their money anyway

  • These boils down to....a sucker born every minute....greedy americans out for a quick buck also fell for these scumbags also out for a quick buck. If it looks so real it mustnt be real. stupid assholes! just work hard and be a model to society!!

  • BASED GOD

  • hmmm... scam-baiting? never heard of it until now. but if this is a real scam bait to humiliate the scammers on YouTube, it's the LEAST these thieves deserve. scamming ruins lives, as Platypoid has pointed out.

  • @badbloodopera

You should check out 419eater.com. Go to their archive. The "letters archive" - have fun reading all of the lulz and win! 419eater does a fine job. I support them fully in their efforts.

  • lol i can't believe this, its great

  • scammers are heartless. they dont care who they hurt, and their governments support their actions because they bring money into their countries. our governments do not have the authority to hunt them down or prosecute them, Humiliating them on the internet and warning everyone about them is quite laudable.

  • The people in the video are likely not part of the scam, they are perhaps local actors, hired for the sketch. I wonder if they got paid for their effort or were scammed themselves? Not everyone in Nigeria is involved in 419 scams. Con artists can be found in every country.

Otherwise, I think they did a pretty good job and wonder what the Monty Python crew thought of this effort at one of their most popular sketches?

  • They didn't do the lumberjack scene, tell them to do the whole thing over.

  • That is a duck, not a parrot, they must do it again with a parrot... and then send a picture of themselves sodomizing a goat.

  • These two guys here are not Nigerians and that simple shows that, it has no connection with my Nation.

  • @SquidLord you are a fool. big fool.

  • This is absolutely fucking amazing.

  • Now this is real comedy!

  • hey everyone,i just got a 419 email.please spam his inbox or sighn him up for porn! Here it is:williecharlesbox@aol.com

  • Classic, haha, I remember this from a few years ago. 419Eater is awesome.

  • DAMN DUDE GOT MAD ACTING SKILL

  • The persons in this video are often innocent individuals asked by the real scammers to pose in the video often for a share of the pie.

Scammers are NOT dumb and stupid, they use other ppl instead of themselves. They hide their identities-They watch this too-remember they have internet too thats how they contact you..

  • I have to say, though... They did a fine job! Too bad the cashier isn't smoking, must do it again!

  • Just heard about this channel from my buddy ar15truther and I'm glad he told me about you guys! hahaha! Great work!

  • cant see denzel washington losing sleep

  • ROFLMAO PWNED !!!!

  • This is really bad acting. Shame on you.

  • this is just un-fucking-believably hilarious. major props getting them to re-enact a classic monty python sketch.

  • LOL :)

  • It's clear that these guys are having fun making this video. They really have big dreams and visions of acting on the silver screen. LMFAO. This is brilliant. You flipped the script homie and because of it...I just favorited this video. Great work. Next time get them to re-enact the scene from Scarface where he they break out the chain saw in the bathtub. Hilarious.

  • Lmao this is so funny

  • I think WurvnHugglez kind of missed the boat here.

  • Read the entire email correspondence on the site if you want to enjoy this fully. Stop the video now if you ain't done that much. I promise you much laughter.

  • classic sketch, classic acting, classic filming.. though I always wonder, how did they get hold of a corner store to shoot the video?

  • Stupid mugu.

  • this was a fantastic adaptation of the famous 'parrot sketch', i thoroughly enjoyed the interpretation of the script from the cultural perspective of the artists.

this reworking has real character to it and made me see the python piece as if for the first time and for that i have to thank the cast and crew. in bringing such canon comedy to the present-day african sensibility, we the audience are witness to something quite remarkable, namely; the resurrection of a norwegian blue.

  • Shivers is the best! Where'd he go?

  • This one, and the "stunt man" video are my favorite 419eater videos!

  • Hilarious.

  • this is awesome.

  • It's not like Nigeria is poor or anything and can't afford the production values for professional actors and directors etc

  • Pure art..well done

  • They did a pretty good job imo

  • Are you for real. These scumbags don't deserve anything. A bullet in their heads would be better so a bit of humiliation is the least thats coming to them.

  • Oh, cry me a river. No one is getting tortured here. There is such a thing as Karma, and if these criminals are making idiots out of themselves, its because they think they're scamming someone out of their life savings by making this video. No one is holding a gun their heads.

  • @ Movement16november:

    Power tripping? Yeah, probably.

    Torture? Nah.

Scammers do what the baiters suggest on their own free will because scammers want their victims to have a false sense of security.

The 419 scams can result in a victim losing their money, ID, or even their life (in at least one documented case where a victim was told to come to Nigeria to finish the deal)

That doesn't compare with making a silly youtube video. ;)

  • although i admit that scamming is wrong and they should be hung. Your comment makes you appear rather ignorant and not any better than them.

  • The scammers are not poor. The cameras, the internet access, postage, etc. are not free! They are making a good living doing this.

  • You know, these scammers don't have to do these things. They're the ones so blinded by greed that they don't see how ridiculous these requests are. They're well off people, and I don't think that tricking them into making silly videos hurts anyone. I think making silly videos is a better past-time for them than sitting in internet "cafes" and emailing their mugus.

  • You are fucking retarded. I hope some Nigerian scams you out of everything you own.

  • These aren't robin hood freedom fighters we're talking about. They don't steal from the rich and give to the poor. They prey on poor, ignorant people worldwide.

  • i hate these fuckers

  • they are the bullies when they steal innocent people's money. Sure we laugh at it, but that is the point, seeing how stupid these idiots are that think they are going to steal some money from some dude, when they are really just giving us funny videos to put on youtube. really good acting these guys did though.

  • Right, but considering how much work would be involved with actual pursuit of these thieves it might end up costing more than they'd originally attempt to steal. Contacting interpol, tracking the thieves, and prosecuting them would be expensive for all parties involved, and I'm sure the thieves would probably rather (willingly, mind you, they CHOOSE to do these things) be embarrassed on the internet than deal with jail or whatever the punishment might be in their country.

  • They're humiliating thieves. They're not humiliating them because they're poor, nor because they "get off on it". They do it because they are thieves, and would otherwise receive no punishment for their crimes (or attempted crimes)

  • wow, I just about died laughing at this.

genius way to scam back, I must say.

  • I've lived in Third World countries before. And many of the poor get by without having to resort to scamming. They take microcredit loans and start up businesses, they get construction jobs, etc. If they have enough money to afford a digital camera, then they aren't living in miserable poverty. These guys deserve their just humiliation.

  • This is the strangest concern ever.

  • lol nobody cares what you think

  • As heard on 'This American Life' this weekend!

  • how is this racist?

  • 419Eater = God.

  • This is almost as funny as being a 3 foot tall yellow troll from Death Star!! Keep stickin it to them Mark!!!

  • lol, anyone can see that these are amateur actors and monty python fans. I'm sure that the dead parrot sketch doesn't end with "do you want to come back to my place?" only monty python fans would add that. The video was well cut for amateurs and the actors voices were well practiced, loud and clear. Maybe all out of work actors in west Africa are doing a bit of scamming on the side huh?

  • these morons gives us a bad name. This is not racially motivated rather, we should commend these baiters for exposing these lazy idiots. Thanks baiters Job well done.

  • Theres no question of racist motive at 419eater, the scammer will be baited regardless of race or colour.

As Squid points out, the majority of 419 comes out of Africa so it stands to reason that a majority of scammers baited will be African.

  • You know, I'm torn. On the one hand, it's absolutely not PC and racially insensitive. On the other ... well, it's not wholly untrue, either. The bulk of 419 scams in play are sited in Africa where the vast bulk of the population is black. So, while it's probably unfair to suggest that being an African negro leads inexorably to crime, it would be

  • foolish to suggest there is no cultural and social ill at play. Which leads one to suggesting "I don't hate African blacks, I just hate their culture and society," which verges into weasel-talk.

  • @SquidLord It's a cultural thing. Different cultures have different prevalent scams. West Africa has 419 fraud, Russia seems to have a thing with romance scams, and America has work-at-home scams, among others.

  • @Megaritz don't forget cash gifting

  • I liked it.
