I know this is a long shot but does anyone know the name of a game from one of the demo disks. The game was a sort of 2D - 3D platform game that involved getting from one side to the other in a sort of sci-fi industrial environment by using your weird ass plasma gun to pick up enemies and throw them onto obstacles like spike pits and grinders so that you could advance and it was pretty gory. I know its pretty vague but I loved this demo and I played it when I was really young so I can't remember

I think what SONY should do for the PS4 is give us a Disc with a video from the PS1 to PS4 and it show us the show much its change in the 20 years of a time line like FIFA done in 06

this song has so much Nostalgia I wish my demo disc has this song :( its still in my chest of draw mmmmm.......might pull it out and give it a blast

Popping demo 1 in reminds you how much gaming had changed due to the playstation. I mean cd based games before the ps1 were a bit iffy ('coughs' neo-geo cd!).

I think Sony should bundle demo 1 with all future ps3 consoles partly for nostalgia but also as a showcase on how the playstation brand changed the way we game. I mean without ps I think Nintendo would now be dominant with their console and sega trailing and companies like microsoft wouldn't even have bothered.
