This video is too short. By the way, you're not supposed to take the screws out of the bracket at all. I found a better video on here that was longer and more informational.
you can use any type of ram that is the same type as apples. i suggest newegg(dot)com for some help, they have a few brands that are all in a specific section for "apple notebook ram". Meaning they'll work for sure.
watch out because the screws can totally come out. also, if you don't want to kill your fingers trying to put the ram in all the way, just slip them in place and then use the bracket to seat them.

I think me meens loosen them so they are still in the bracket but not 100% out and u can still get it off.

no but it has to be of a higher quality ram, generics seldom work well in macs, the timings are all off
