Actually, Anyone with any chakra nature can do rasengan, just training and this is possible, if naruto had lightning nature and not wind, instead of rasenshuriken, it would be like chidori but 100x better

Chakra is created when physical and spiritual energies are mixed. It is one thing, and one thing only. There are no 'kinds' of chakra, well, at least in Naruto. Chakra is only molded to create such jutsus. The rasenshuriken is strong enough alone. It is unnecessary for Naruto to learn lightning techniques.
@jvescaleramusic what i meant is lightning nature. You are correct in that it is strong, but the problem with it is that only when naruto is in sage mode does it not damage him. combining the rasengan with lightning nature would create a devastating attack, without the damage to himself.

Though, I see what you mean, it would be interesting to see them bind wind element with lightning element.
