One thing I noticed is that most people that have english as main language have a hard time with the pronounciation of other languages specially latin languages. Seems that for people with latin languages as main language it is easier to learn the right pronounciation of other languages they learn. Maybe it's because in latin languages there is a larger number of sounds than in english.

@rasckita actually, the sounds are just different and english has a lot more vowels so english speakers tend to pronounce vowels that aren't even there when they speak other languages like romance languages. so technically, they have too many sounds to deal with and don't know how to weed them out.
