Because of all CSS' updates. Phoon's skill level decreased greatly. Valve did something correctly, the guy played too much of the game anyways. It takes time to get as good as he was before Valve fixed the game up a bit.

Deagle does NOT need a tutorial.

Try this. Aim at a wall with maybe a line or a special spot on it, aim your crosshair and try to shoot 'till you find out where on the crosshair you should aim to get a direct hit on that line. Practice 'till you get it right so you can to it over and over again. Remember where on the crosshair to aim for a one shot on an enemy.

For the non-boost clips, it takes practice and before that you need to be good at movement. Boosting is easier as longs you and your partner aren't idiots.
