  • I just ate a whole slab of thick bacon (obviously came from a grain fed pig, so a good portion of fat was discarded, and substituted with good ol flavorless coconut oil) with german style (whatever that means) sour kraut. Will be making my own fermented foods soon. Thought I'd share. People should check out Nourished kitchen and food renegade websites for some beast recipes. No I'm not affiliated lol.
