i am having doubt, If RQM can mange internally requirements and defects, Why they(IBM) created another tools like rational Req pro, Rational Clear Quest.

And also can you please provide the tutorial on rational Functional tester and clear quest, And how we can post the defects from rational clear quest to RQM(Rational Quality Manager)
