Guys, the rollers are for the roots. You roll them a certain way and it make the roots stretch. It cuts down on the drying time and the scalp doesn't have a lot of heat applied on it so it doesn't burn the scalp.

I love getting my weekly wash and set, to prevent heat damage the flat iron part is optional at my Dominican salon. Especially if I got a relaxer done recently I don't need to blow dry or flat iron, I get my hair wrapped. When the new growth starts coming in is when I get my hair blown out.

This lady doesnt even have a curl pattern! I believe with all the heat that is applied, it was lost. Either she still has a relaxer(i doubt it) or the curl pattern has been fried!

i actually went here, it is a lot of heat, but they moisturized my hair a lot. i did not see any damage. it was hot though but heat is being applied directly to your scalp, what did you expect? a cool breeze?

Looks good. I think the blow drying portion after rollers could have been bypassed if flat ironing is done. All that extra heat isnt necessary. There are hair textures that are not smooth before flatironing that get good results. Cutting down on the heat is important.

Damn, Stephaniee wasn't lying when she said Domincans can do hair like shit. That came out sooo good! I went into a Dominican Salon today, in miami, that's why I'm oin here. They charge $65. I'ma need 'em to hoook me with some flowy hair.

Question: Was her hair relaxed anytime prior to that style or is her hair naturally that "smooth" around the edges? (Cause my hair need to be relaxed to be that bouncy & flowy, or Dominancans can just make it that way!)

those products look cheap and you should never wash hair 3 to 4 times especially when its that short. shampoo should be applied only at the scalp because it WILL run down to the rest of the hair
