That was one of the most moving compilations I have seen to date - today is September 10, 2011 - and I've seen countless.

It says that 20% of Americans knew someone - I would challenge that % to be higher, or perhaps it's b/c time has passed and our circles have expanded, and therefore we know more people who have been affected? In any case, it broke my heart to read over 3 thousand children lost a parent that day. Thank you for making this compilation, and doing so in a respectful way.

Great video, but you need to credit Fox News Channel John Scott for his words during which you are showing footage from CNN. It's clearly John's video from Fox News. I had a friend, who's father worked in the twin towers. But on Sept. 11th, 2001, he decided not to go to work, and spend a day with his family. He worked on the upper floor of the North Tower. All those people didn't deserve to die. They never did anything to deserve it. And as my dad said, he may have been mad at bush for not leaving the class, but he couldn't scare the kids. And those parametics, Firefighters, police officers, etc, died doing what they do. It's sick they had to die like that.

Wow great video, I remember that day vividly. I was sitting in my grade one class when the teacher turned the tv on and we seen the BREAKING NEWS reports....The classroom in about 5 minutes had 6 other classrooms in in and we all sat and watched as the planes hit the towers. Very sad day...i remeber the little girl sitting beside me was like MY daddy is there..:( SII sad
