Two suggestions, 1st, get the child outside for some play and exercise, she is fat and doesn't need to be sitting around watching you play video games in a messy bedroom. 2nd, if more direct intervention is required after the exercise, use a empty 2 liter plastic soda bottle and smack her on the bottom with it. It makes a hell of a lot of noise and cannot hurt the child. The noise and stern words get's their attention immediately.
