I personally find nothing wrong with fighting. I grew up and was taught that fighting should always be a last resort, and a method of self defense and protection. When people made it clear they would not leave me alone or stop harrassing me in school, I let them know that if they continued to do this, I would be forced to get physical, and normally people back down.
