Yes its in Des Moines, did not make it back in 2008 and have not heard anything about it making it back in 2009. A great day long festival, that was poorly booked in 2007 that I think led to it not returning in 2008. All we can do is cross our fingers for 2009

I'm the one that shot this video and I'm gonna defend the guitarist. He had some gear problems all night, and it just happened right before the solo. You can here him go into for a single note and he looks down at the guitar and turns to the gear as a tech is also running out there to see what is wrong.

Vito is an amazing guitarist, no doubt about it, this guy in the video can play and played well the whole night. I'm just glad a version of White Lion is out there still playing.

I have respect for Mike because he keeps doin what he loves, whereas Vito has unfortunately not stepped out of the house to tear the shit up again, w or w/o Mike. I also had the oppt to meet Mike many years ago during Freak Of Nature (cool band) and he was very cordial.

I currently play with Vito's original bassist/singer since his days in Dreamer into the creation of White Lion.
