what angers me a lot is that almost all of this water will end up right at the beginning of the cycle... in the ocean. It will not be harvested, or harnessed, in fact not only that, but it will leave destruction behind. As for Nairobi even the good neighborhoods have clogged or no drains. If the council is dysfunctional, privatize it too!
where to and with what money? Land is not free! Maybe for me and you that might be easy, but sometimes you have to look at things from the eyes of the people who are suffering.
voting off all our useless leaders and getting rid of the slums is the only workable stategy
