well it's new for the iPhone. but i didn't even care about video calling and did you use it before? and now since it's on the iPhone it's over Wi-Fi so it's gonna be free so you can use it without having to pay which is think is alot nicer! and the iPhone can switch to the back camera as well which is insanely sharp! and i am going to get it because it has the retina display and all of the other stuff as well and the A4 chip is awesome!

Though im sure it is better as the camera is HD n shtuff, though the only reason its only wifi is because they WERE going to have video conferencing via 3g but the network they contracted to couldn't run it and other problems, so they had to scratch it.
