Gotta admit the green LED's were a nice touch.

I put blue ones on mine with a small aluminum push switch sticking through the top of the shell that's not really noticable.

He turned them on by turning to car on and then editing the video to splice out him doing it. Maybe he just paused it too, either way...you can see there's a jump in the video, but the LED lights still look good.

I got led lights from a dollar store toy. All kinds of different types/colors just go check em out. One I used on my 1/10 scale uses 8 leds, 4 diff. colors and has 5 variations of blinking.

I got the lights off of an RC Heli called the "Mosquito". the two lights and circut board fit right inside if the front of my truck. I wired them through the circut board on my micro-t to turn on n off with the main power switch.
