  • You say that you had to go missed because the ceilings were too low, if ATIS told you ceilings were lower than the MDA or DH, then you broke an FAR in flying the approach in the first place... nice goin slick

  • Clearly you know nothing about Part 91 flight operations or instrument flying.

  • Try Part 135.225 (a) (2) I go to Embry-Riddle and fly the G1000 all day long, don't start with me...

  • You're pasting in a 135 regulation after I just told you it's a Part 91 operation? They didn't teach you at Riddle that Part 91 pilots don't follow Part 135 regulations? Part 91 pilots care about FLIGHT conditions not reported conditions. No where did I say that reported conditions were below minimums. 6B6 has no on field weather so the reported conditions were at KBED and were quite different than flight conditions. Run along troll.

  • Nice approach.  As an IFR student, this flight was a great perspective on flying in IMC. I currently work on the field at KBED (Avidyne).
