actually the minimun can go up to -15% or something like that... and well i have a +65% but i have seen even better percentages.. .____. i like ur vids!! :D

@BazzInsane Percentages can go as low as -10% as far as I know. A weapon can start off at 0%, but if the weapon is untekked, the 0%s that can be changeable can go up or down 10% at most, leaving you with -10%. Never have I seen weapons in the Gamecube and later versions have a natural negative percentage. However, on the Dreamcast/PC version, I have seen weapons go as low as -50% or so.

Doublesabers are still the best Hunter weapons in the game. I mean, they have range AND wide attack, 6 attacks and good enough speed...
