I am sry to hear of CPS did to our family! they are out of control when it vcomes to ruining families that really care for their children and pay no attention to the ones tht really dont deserve to have children. CPS got involved with me cbecause the daycare started asking my 3 and 4 yr old questions . i am a single mother of 3 and have never abused my children in any way. they are loved and taken care of and are healthy smart kids. hope everything works out for your family!

i work in D&A every parent feels their child shouldn't be taken away but most if not all did something to raise a flag they dont just go looking for ppl they have huge caseloads and enough to do without extra cals from concerned friends and neighbors worried about your parenting

@hobokendavid19 The problem my friend is many people think as you do but it's not fact. 100's of families that I've happened to meet have documented proof that these organizations indeed DO interfere whether they are required or NOT.

I know how you feel, they removed all my children. My first because they got me kicked out of my home, and my other two using the excuse that my other son was already there anyways and that their father was a danger (he isn't). I have tried everything, even gotten rid of their father and there seems to be no hope for me. After all my hard work they shut me down. I have terrible lawyers that don't want to help. Im lost.

it's all about money and control. social services has been CAUGHT messing with a family, lying in court (i was THERE and SAW the deception and heard the lies) and NOW they are messing with a helpless BABY that desperately needs his mom. AND her milk. and it's all for the money and the control.

Yes, these social workers have gone too far. I am a social services student myself, and I've done work with homeless mothers and children. These are the people most likely to have their children removed even though they do care about their children and do the best they can. CPS does NOT care about children, they just bounce them around from one abusive home to another. It's bullshit.

I am so sorry they took your little child away. In these times of financial ruin of various jurisdictions, they are seeking ways to gleen more money to balance the budgets one of which is to increase 'kids for cash' while the general public (gp) believes CPS is doing it's proper job. gp needs an education! Further budget balancing tactics are to take away benefits of teachers & other gov. employees but that's another issue.

My son had to stay in hospital for 2 months when he was born premie. How can they let these social monsters take him? Anyone else would be charged with child endangerment!

How can they say that the parents will harm him?? Were they given any proof that they would harm him? Fucking CPS, needs to be shut the fuck down and only worry about the real, serious issues. Not ones like this. The parents didn't even get the chance to take their baby home and prove that they will be good parents. Sadly enough, the baby may get harmed at the foster house where they are now. The parents with their other children there look happy enough, and the children look healthy and taken
