Out of the RTX Dualphone 3088 & the Philips VOIP841 the Philips is by far the better handset.
The Philips now are hard to come by as it has been discontinued, so i would suggest that you look at the Netgear SPH200D as an alternative as it uses the exact same internal hardware as the Philips VOIP841.
No matter what phone you buy, always make sure it has the latest firmware or you may find they have sound quality issues and battery life issues.
