  • Good looking eggs, but they looked overdone to me, and not very creamy. Everyone has their preference, though.

  • its orange O.o weird.........

  • perfect!

  • And he's just sold that plate of scrambled egg to some poor tourist for $27

  • orange fucking yolk, where is this schlovakia?

  • In Norway all eggs are this colour. In Norway we kan only afford the best...

  • YOUR BEATING THE FUCK OUT OF THE FUCKING EGGS YOU DONKEY

  • whut eggs are those, they look a bit orange.

  • The color of those eggs is amazing, wish I could find theme here.

  • Nice job....looks very good!

  • absolutely flawless scrambled eggs! best vid for scrambled eggs on youtube. bravo!

  • His eggs are overcooked

  • I thought you are suppose to fully melt the butter in the pan before you add the eggs

  • @zuneboy100 Try to find Gordon Ramsay making scrambled eggs on YT...He does is proper with some extra's

  • Orange eggs .. !

  • Wouldn't feed a ant ;p

  • agreed

  • Look perfect to me !

  • i worked as a line cook at the waffle house on i-40 near cookeville during my college years,,,trust me, this baboon does NOT know how to properly prepare scrambled eggs.

  • Those eggs aren't done yet!!

  • Not done yet ???? Any more than that and they are way over done !

  • woh the eggs are orange!

  • oops...... became a scrambled omelette......

  • Everybody has an opinion it seems.... This is a great scrambled egg.

Remember cooking is an art form. It appeals to the sense of taste the way a painting appeals to the eyes or a song appeals to the ears. There is no a right or wrong way of expressing yourself artistically....like the thousands of ways to cook an egg. Thanks for the vid...

  • Delicious dude don't listen to those bastarts

  • .... Hmmmm too much heat and not enough stirring - messed that up ,,,, send that plate back!

  • erm dont mine asking y people use butter rather than oil ??

    i use olive oil

trying to find a good recipe :P

  • @r3tro83 olive oil is actualy healthier than vegetable oil butter is used if you want your eggs to come out of the pan easily oil is only frying 'em

  • HAHA! orange eggs...turned into yellow later.

    luv scrambled eggs.

  • its orange cos the chickens ate corn only corn.

  • too much salt mate!!

  • dude those are farm eggs!

  • Organic food is bullshit.

  • i agree,but organic EGGs arent.

  • that whole plate for two eggs?

  • these are really overdone

  • runny eggs = snot.

    i like my eggs hard

  • Those are actually a little overdone. He started out his eggs well, but shoulda taken 'em off the heat a good 10 - 20 seconds before he added the salt.. there's more than enough heat in the pan to continue cooking them and they won't go overdone.

  • ur scrambled eggs looks delicious :D

  • uuh why are the eggs orange???

  • there like really fresh

  • great shit my friend looks like a fun restaurant 2 work in:)

  • i guess strikerk19 has tasted snot before hahaha. read two post down if you dont know what im talking about

  • Not runny enough for my liking! Looks very solid and rubbery. Bleh.

  • i don't know, runny eggs don't look very good to me. it's like eating snot if they're too runny.

  • or a vagina

  • Sorry bout the double post, but have you tried popping the yolks in the middle or near the end of cooking? I always do this and it gives it a richer colour and smoother texture. I hope you try this if you haven't, and tell me whether you liked it or not.

  • Wow these look delicious, you can tell they're definitely good eggs, because of how orange they look.

I agree with salting them near the end of cooking, too.

  • wow. the eggs take long. i have one of those open fire things, so you have to be fast or your eggs will turn friggin brown.

  • looks like puke

  • but it is not

  • Pretty good but you don't need to stir the eggs quite so mad, and you ruined it at the end by putting it in the metal tin ;o)

  • thank you for your comment. I will take that in consideration

  • Very nice video. I learned how to make scrambled egg from this, thanks alot!

I do use about 1/2 Tsp of olive oil in place of the butter for health reasons and about an equal amount of black pepper when I add the salt.

  • great idea

  • dam why are your egg yolks so orange , is that a good thing or bad cause my eggs are usually yellow to a pale yellow

  • great eggs, no smell and great vivid colors

  • Wow, the egg yolk is soo... orange. Our asian egg has a pale yellow colour which does not look very appetizing.

  • here the eggs are like that, the good ones

  • what restaurant or watever, do you work at?

  • good video. i now make my scrambled eggs like this. off and off the heat and keep mixing.

  • great

  • arent you supposed to put milk in it?

im not a prof. only 13 haha,

but when i make them i put milk in it

  • you dont have to but i do

  • not necessary because you keep them creamy like this.

  • 4 real.. that just looks like crap..

  • i feel sorry that you have never tasted eggs like this before. Try and tell me afterwards.

  • crap that tastes good you mean?

hey well if you think it's crap, see if you can make any friggin better crap. make a vid and show us.

  • y r ur eggs orange?

  • that´s the way the chicken layed them. Real chicken.

  • 1:55 Got a little fierce with the mixing.

  • had to. It was coagulating fast...

  • O_O what kind of weird looking egg yolks are those?

  • i know right they r orange

  • real chicken egg yolks

  • i thought chicken egg yolks were yellow, what the hell have i been eating all these years?

  • there are different shades of yellow. These are vivid yellow. Usualy, it means that the chicken ate biological food and not rations.

  • so it's better right? o and if im not wrong the shells are like tan brownish not white?

i get the white ones. are the ones your using better tasting.?

  • @wiseye61

bad pale eggs..try free range instead

  • @wiseye61 LOL .

  • @harlem519

    lol indeed

  • why is the yoke orange??

  • good eggs

  • @Lugiarulz233

because good eggs have that color, dull store bought eggs are pale because the chickens are not fed good things and are kept in cages. unhappy chickens make pale eggs that dont taste like anything.

  • i think a couple hairs from your arm fell in..

  • lol ! no, they are well attached and i have a wonderfull vision !

  • Stop torturing yourself trying to top Ramsay's eggs. You can't.

  • how do you figure he's trying to top ramsays eggs? Ive been making eggs like ramsays for a long ass time. I use parsley though. Just cause he threw a video out there doesnt mean he invented the egg technique. Humans have been eating eggs for a really really long time. Im sure its been done before.

  • that´s right.

  • and i won't

  • cool!

  • thanx

  • definitely overcooked! Its no where near creamy.

  • yes, true. Some like it like this. How do you like yours?

  • you know i usually put salt at the very very end, just so it won't make it watery, which means you wont get the creamy taste. Also i like it with some light cream, not only will it enrich the egg, but it will cool it from overcooking. I usually mix in some pepper and chipped green onion. finely chopped celery is also good. hehe

  • well...

  • its not creamy because he didnt put milk or heavy cream in it

  • your great at cooking, have a show yet?

  • you flatter me...

  • :)!

  • whats the tube for at the end, just to make the eggs look good or something.

  • yes, to make them more presentable. It allows to garnish around it nicely as well.

  • No sour cream this time? Were you in the same restaurant?

  • Just an example of how to make the scrambled eggs the most simple way, without anything else but butter.

    The client rules.

If a guest asks for natural scrambled eggs, I don't use the creme fraiche.

It is still terribly good. But this time they were not very creamy, as I like to make them.

  • Now that was nice.

  • Thank you.

Really simple. You just need good eggs and some technical skills !

  • Wow, I haven't seen orange yolk eggs since I last lived in Portugal.

Some audio commentary would have been nice.

  • Where did you live?

You're right, I must comment. I always forget.

  • I never seen Orange eggs before!

You cooked them really fast. was the heat on High ?

I always have problems with eggs sticking to the pan.

(even with non cooking spray) Is that a pan with a non stick surface ?

  • Good eggs these ones.

The heat was on high, yes.

And yes, it is a pan with a very good non-stick surface.

    Thanks for your comment.
