The hotel is all inclusive, we have been there twice now. it's more kid oriented now with a pirate ship playground near the front of the hotel, then an "activities" pool in the middle, then an "adult" pool, and a hot tub on the beach. Food was ok, it was alright with us as we weren't looking for exquisite cuisine. Average breakfast menu, hamburgers, hotdogs, fajitas for lunch, an ok supper. drinks are good if you're friendly with the bartenders.

Only bad part about my trip was the damn ferry ride.. UGH got sick.. :( and dont sit on the back top of the boat. unless you want to get soaked in salt water that makes your eyes burn :D haha.. Fun time in Mexico. Miss it for sure.

HEY, thanks for the vid man, I worked at that Hotel for 3 years in the nineties (Diamond resort), in the animation team... so many memories came to my mind (parties, girls, hurricanes, so much fun) just by watching it.
Incredible beach, awesome sunsets, it's a great resort.

Just booked our holiday to this resort (May/Jun 08). I believe it is being refurbished and will open in May 2008, exclusive to First Choice Holidays. Did they fire all the existing staff? It's what I read on another forum.
