Thats a 2d slowicide, The same trick at 7;45, and 7;50 the first slowicides I did with a weird catch. What you do is a sun to wrap, so like a regular sun exept one winds up in a left wrap. Then you drop your right stick and just let it fall, your left stick never passes under the diabolo, your freed right hand then catches the left diabolo, then with the aproach of the right handstick, throws it, giving spin. Your right hand catches the stick and the diabolo lands on the string.

An S-fan is one of those keep trying tricks, you'll get it eventually, as long as you understand what to do it comes with time. I learned with an armstall entrance.

Really big circle motion, then flick of the wrist close to the diabolo, theres the technique, good luck, ; )
