At the heart of the problem is the asset bubble. When asset prices reach their highest extent, repossession no longer liquidate debts. That causes banks to have toxic assets. That causes bank credit to dry up. That causes biz to close. That causes unemployment. That causes more foreclosures. That creates more toxic assets...
We need mobilize a national lottery fund for buying up properties to liquidate asset bubble.

I'm in chemical engineering and they first cut our hours, then cut our pay and monday night I got laid off. This whole REX 84 stuff looked like a load of shit, but now...you can't keep taking ppls ability to provide for their families and themselves and not expect serious repercussions. Stock up on guns and ammo along with food. It's better to burn out then fade away. And not in a FEMA oven.

well, now we hear that Obama has been warned of a large scale "terrorist" attack within 6 months or more. Colen Powel warns of an event in Jan. and Biden warns of some big crisis. It's almost as if they are trying to warn us somehow without having to just come out and say it which would stop the market and cause panic. as serious as this is (and I do believe it is serious) it is not uncommon. 100 years ago almost all currencies were backed by gold, today = 0. What we are witnessing is not the collapse or end of the US/world but the hard and painful lesson that a fiat based system almost always comes to an end. Will it be painful, yes. Are there bankers and execs that should go to jail, YES YES. I would not be surprised at all to see gold come back into the system once again. I enjoy your videos...

Wanted to say that, if the chinese only make about $30 a month. It was noticed that many people are driving cars. So if there is a price/demand/drive of cost issue, then their government must be gassing up their cars because the Chinese do not carry a high income to support these types of prices.

The Yen and Yuan are expected to increase in value as a result of a collapse in the USD. Why is the CAD different, we export a majority of products to the US, just like China and Japan, and we have a trade surplus like China and Japan, so why would their currencies increase in value, and ours decrease? Should people hold on to CAD or is gold a safer bet? Thanks!
