lol its an korean server, better than the us server but they have another trick. in korea they can buy parts for 7 days a month and for the normal type where you must repair (forgot the word). but they can also buy parts for an unlimmited time like stalion arms for always, no repair and no time limit but for ever.

I think it was 3 days ago from exteel's main site. i got the weird message, then the exteel start up window freezes, wel it keeps reading but doesnt go anywhere from there and I cant even clos it after that and I have to restart the computer.

Depends what you're doing. If you're just surfing the web on facebook or on utube, it won't get corrupted, but if you're playing another game or like something fullscreen, there is a slight chance it will get corrupted
