This used to be Moon Palace and Casino Punta Cana....they merge with Hard Rock. So now its called Hard Rock Punta Cana. Been here 2009 very nice Hotel. With the all inclusive plan really...awesome! Casino should be a bigger Casino. They have a small one in 2009. Will definitely come back 2011.

Stayed here for a week in Feb. 10' It was still in a "soft opening" phase but everything was pretty much in place Pools, pools and more pools, beach was beautiful. The place is mammouth, but after a couple days you get used to walking most everywhere ( golf cart taxi's can be hard to catch ) The free bikes are also a good way to get around. We sayed near Marina Grill ( great breakfasts and lunchs ) which was also right near the beach and the best pool ( & pool bar ).

I'm thinking of visiting this resort. English is my only language. Will I have difficulty communicating with the staff?

@sbdfa well not really bc they teach the people who only speak spanish (and mayan in mexico for mayans who work there) english knowing that lots of americans visit Mexico and the Dominican Republic

Just got back from there in January about the same time this video was shot...Well worth the trip , all inclusive and so much fun ...lots to do and beautiful all around
