  • hey the stand looks pretty nice but i'm concerned that it wont be able to support my Down Hill bike 55LBS. Any thoughts?? thanks for the help

  • @jujurock64 No one around here rides DH so I can't give you great test results concerning how steady it is when working on a bike like that. But this thing has a very very wide base, and if it didn't support your DH bike, I don't know how any other portable stand would, either.

  • The review could have been better if you had actually put a bicycle on the stand that had wheels and other equipment on it. That tripod bottom does not look all that steady, and the whole thing might fall over.

  • @dcxdanny Thanks for the feedback. However, I can assure you, the tripod style base is the most stable design you can get, aside from actually bolting the stand into the floor! This stand has never even come close to falling over.

  • thanks.

  • Thanks a lot. This is a very good video showing you the features of the workstand. I was leaning towards getting this model and this video helped me decide to get it. Jim

  • Glad you enjoyed the video Jim. The stand has been working well for me, hope it is going well for you too.
