at 42 seconds u can see the veins and deep tissue strands in emelianenko cut especially in the bottom right of the cut that is major surgery to fix that and extensive plastic surgery.. eastmans cut looks bad but its nowhere near as deep as emelianenko's that should of been #1 or Ken shamrock after his 1st fight with tito ortiz.. all those whelps on his head and face... far worser than your chosen #1 pic.. but thats my opinion
