Watched them play at Centrestage in Bournemouth, yes John Renbourn has certainly changed in appearance but not in his superb guitar style. But maybe John and Robin should call themselves the Scarecrows or Steptoe and Son . They'd look good in a Harry Potter film. I love 'em whatever they do.
i wouldn't cut on him. did he do what he wanted in his mind and have it come out that way? i am sure. therefore it is the work of a master, even if it doesn't suit your taste.
