When i try to open the rom, the file i extracted doesnt show up. If i go into the folder i extracted it to (through my documents) i can find it, but it wont show up for DeSmuME

you can go to config and go to 3d settings and turn everything off except for texture.

that should help

if it doesnt then go to config then frame skip and the higher the number, the faster it is!
